Troubleshoot vehicle searches and alerts
Use the help centre in the Autofindr workspace for search configuration, location selection, marketplace differences and filters. When a search needs attention, start with the status and explanation shown alongside it.
Understand missing vehicle details
Not every advert provides complete vehicle details. Check make, model, year, variant and mileage first. Keep missing facts as questions for the seller before arranging an inspection.
Manage subscriptions and export records
Your billing screen shows verified subscription status and renewal controls. The register supports itemised costs and CSV export. Export records before their retention deadline if you need to keep them longer.
