Autofindr security and account protection
How Autofindr protects product access and what to do if you notice an account or security issue.
You do not need to share marketplace passwords
Autofindr does not ask for or store your marketplace passwords. Follow a listing to its original marketplace when you are ready to contact a seller.
Access to searches, records and billing
Vehicle searches, favourites and register entries are attached to your authenticated Autofindr workspace. Sensitive billing changes require a recent sign-in. Payment details are collected by the payment provider, rather than stored as complete card details by Autofindr.
Protect your sign-in
Use the supported sign-in methods shown in the app. Never share a login code or authentication link with someone claiming to be support. Review unexpected account activity promptly.
Report an account or security concern
Send security concerns to [email protected] with the affected page and a brief description. Avoid including passwords, access tokens or other customers’ data. We will coordinate any further information needed to investigate.
