Account and data deletion
Export any purchase records you need before asking us to remove your Autofindr workspace.
Request help with deletion
Contact [email protected] from the email address used for your account, or open Help after signing in. You can also delete your account from Autofindr Settings. We will verify support requests before removing account data.
Subscriptions
Manage active subscriptions before account deletion. Turning off auto-renewal and removing account data are separate actions. Your account can be deleted after its active subscriptions have ended.
Save an independent copy
Your register includes a CSV export. Export purchase dates, recorded costs, notes and sales you need to keep. Account deletion is permanent; exported copies remain under your control.
Records and retention
See the privacy policy for account, listing, register, security and payment-record retention. If a record needs to be retained for a specific reason, we will explain the applicable handling when processing your request.
