Choose your buying workflow

Car flipping software for searches, costs and sales

Use Autofindr to find vehicle candidates, compare asking prices and record purchase costs, repairs and sales in a dedicated flipping register.

Autofindr connects two parts of a vehicle-flipping workflow: finding possible purchases and keeping the numbers after you buy. Use focused searches to identify candidates, then record actual purchase amounts, itemised costs and completed sales. A promising asking price and a realised result are different things.

Search for vehicles you can assess

Choose models and configurations you understand well enough to investigate. Set a purchase-price limit that leaves room for inspection, transport and expected work. Keep unknown repairs visible rather than assuming they cost nothing.

If you can only prepare one vehicle at a time, build searches that fit that capacity. More alerts do not automatically improve a buying process when there is no time to review or inspect the candidates.

Evaluate the gap before buying

Compare the advert with suitable alternatives: the same market, generation, specification and relevant mileage. Avoid treating advertised prices as completed sales.

Ask the seller about the details that could change your decision. Then obtain the information or inspection needed to evaluate the work. The purchase should still make sense after realistic costs, not only under the best possible outcome.

Create a record at purchase

Start the register entry from the matched listing or add the vehicle manually. Enter the agreed amount, currency and actual purchase date. Add costs individually so you can tell whether repairs, transport or preparation changed the original plan.

Use a target sale amount for planning. Record proceeds separately when the sale is complete. A vehicle still in preparation has an investment and a plan, not realised profit.

Compare the completed result with the costs and time involved. If a particular kind of work repeatedly consumes the expected margin, make that issue part of the next seller conversation or inspection brief. Keep currencies separate when reviewing several records.

The register supports exports, so you can keep an independent copy for your own analysis. Retain invoices and longer-term records separately and respect the displayed retention deadline. Autofindr is not a substitute for accounting, local trading requirements or professional mechanical assessment. It provides a clearer place to organise the search and the amounts you actually enter.

Build a focused sourcing and review system

The part-time flipper workflow keeps alert volume aligned with available cash and investigation time. Define the eligible vehicles in a car-flip buy box, calculate a documented maximum purchase price and compare two candidates with the same cost categories before buying. Completed records can then improve the next brief without turning one result into a profit promise.
